Order Issues:

If there is an issue with your order, please give us a call or send an email to support@yarbroughsmusic.com. We strive for excellent customer service above all else at Yarbrough’s Music. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Defective Product:

Although we only sell product from reputable manufacturers with excellent quality control, product can arrive defective. If you believe you have received a defective product please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We have top notch technical support, and if it is determined the product is defective we will work with you to ensure down time is minimal. Depending on the circumstance, we will determine if product replacement is an option. If the product must have factory repair, we have an excellent service department and perform most repairs in house. We are the authorized warranty service center for most major brands. If the product is not from a manufacturer that we are an authorized warranty center for, we will facilitate the repair with the manufacturer to the best of our ability. As each manufacturer has their own systems and protocols, we cannot guarantee to what extent the manufacturer will allow us to be involved.

General Returns:

Yarbrough’s Music stands behind the product that we sell, to the best of our ability. We offer a 14 day return policy. Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received to be eligible for a full refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If flat rate shipping was selected, the difference in actual shipping and the flat rate fee will be deducted from the return.

Product Ineligible for returns:

  • Product with personal hygiene (harmonicas, earphones)
  • Software
  • Product with software that has to be registered (interfaces, midi controllers)
  • Special order product
  • Replacement parts (speakers, tubes, diaphragms, etc.)

Shipping:

We offer a flat rate of $7.50 shipping on most orders. The shipping method for flat rate shipping will be USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Average delivery time for these services is 1-4 days depending on your location. Some oversized and special order products do not qualify for flat rate shipping. In the instance you need expediated shipping, or your order does not qualify for flat rate shipping, additional shipping options will be available at checkout.

We are located in Memphis, TN, THE logistics hub of America. That means fast shipping and short delivery times. If the product you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within one business day. As of now we are only required to charge sales tax in the state of Tennessee.

We are a small, mom and pop shop located in Memphis, TN, the birthplace of Rock n' Roll and home of the Blues! Our website is definitely a work in progress. Not everything we offer is listed yet.
